To go to college and maybe play football for Ohio State.

How has AGSP impacted your performance as an athlete?
It has worked parts of my body I have never worked with and improved my balance and control.

AGSP athletes help win on opening day

Hello Everyone!

The below is from Walsh Jesuit's Baseball Site. Congrats to Rory Ziegler and Joe Mockbee on helping the Warriors start the 2012 season with a win!

March 24, 2012 - CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO

The Walsh Jesuit baseball team earned its first win of the 2012 campaign yesterday in a hard fought victory 7-5 victory over visiting Medina Highland.

Leading the way was Junior RF Rory Ziegler with two hits, including a key two-out, two-RBI double in the first, while Senior Ohio Wesleyan recruit Drew Miletti provided a three hit day including a double of his own and an RBI. Also having a big day at the plate was Senior Rollins College recruit SS Anthony Nemer, chipping in two hits including a double and an RBI along with some sparkling defense. Also providing impactful offense was Sophomore Nate Romans with a deep double, and Junior Joe Mockbee who reached base in all four plate appearances, including two walks and a hit of his own.

Senior LHP Eastern Michigan recruit Michael Marsinek earned the victory on the mound and threw well, while Junior C/Closer Cassidy Brown came on and also threw well and earn the two-inning save.

With the win, the Warriors now stand at 1-0 on the year.

Training at AGSP in the off-season pays off in-season!

It has made me faster; my 40-yard dash improved from a 4.89 to 4.67. I've also become more flexible
