30 minute SPEED-CONDITIONING

Hello Everyone!

The West Performance Center, under the guidance of Coach Nathan Burandt, is offering a great training program for athletes!

The SPEED-CONDITIONING program is designed for the following athletes...does this sound like you or someone you know?

- Athletes that want to get faster, agile, and more explosive
- Athletes that want to learn the right way to run and change direction
- Athletes that have time limitations (they need to get in and get out! no time wasting!)
- Athletes that have/want to lift with their sports team (they are a team leader)
- Athletes that have the desire to be their absolute best

This 30 minute class is only offered at the West Performance Center, 4125 Medina Road, Akron, OH 44333 (330-665-8200). It is right after school from 2:45-3:15pm and after most team lifting times from 7:00-7:30pm Monday through Friday (no 7:00 on Friday's).
