Our next athlete has improved dramatically since she started. She has focused on the little details which has led to increased speed, strength and power. She's even started to become a leader by being a positive role model and example to other female athletes. It is time to meet....

When I am not training at AGSP, I am: running, playing softball, and hanging out with friends.

To hit a home run.


What are your long-term goals?
To increase my speed and become stronger.

How has AGSP impacted your performance as an athlete?
The coaches have helped me to have better control over my arm action while running. My speed has increased which has helped in both softball and cross-country.
