Whether it is in sports or in life, you have to remember that there is no failure, only feedback. (think answers)
- You miss an important shot. It is not failure, but feedback to set your feet better.
- You miss a clean in the weight room. It is not failure, but feedback that you didn't get your elbows through.
- You didn't make the team. It is not failure, but feedback that you need to get faster.
- You lost your starting spot. It is not failure, but feedback that your teammate is doing a better job of the details.
Take the attitude of feedback over failure. Each setback can actually be a step forward to a better you - if you let it.
Everyday at AGSP our athletes get feedback. Our coaches provide the answers our athletes need to take their athletic ability to the next level.
