Our next athlete spotlight is of an athlete with a lot of potential. He's learning that by improving his flexibility and mobility he will become an even more explosive, powerful athlete. To increase my muscle mass and explosiveness.


What are your long-term goals?
To dunk a basketball and run a 40yd in 4.4seconds.

How has AGSP impacted your performance as an athlete?
I am currently in the off-season, we will see in the fall.
